Sweet, salty, sour, bitter and umami. As part of a moderated tasting session with food culture expert Hanni Rützler, your taste buds will set off on the trail of the five basic flavours. What sounds simple - recognising and naming them - often proves to be not so easy in practice. During the tasting, you will playfully expand the sensory possibilities of your mouth.
