Moderated Tasting "Discover the special features of personal taste" feat. Hochschule Fulda

In the run-up to the tasting, Hanni Rützler will use charts to introduce the topic of the tastings, explain the purpose and aim, and then guide the visitors through the tastings. The aim of these tastings is to sharpen the knowledge of individual perception and to awaken the joy of conscious tasting. Experiencing what you can and cannot taste in your mouth is a first-time experience for many and a lasting experience.
