The independent jury brings together experts from industry, international trade and academia.

The digital jury session will take place in January to select the three most innovative products. The evaluation will focus on key criteria such as innovation, sustainability, taste, and packaging. The winners will be announced at a private ceremony during ISM Night on the opening evening of the trade fair, where they will also have the opportunity to showcase their dessert samples for guests to enjoy.

On the second day of the trade fair, the winners will be officially revealed on the ISM website, Instagram and at the exclusive special exhibition in Hall 10.1.
