ISM Ingredients: Redefining the Future of Sweets and Snacks in 2026

From February 2026, ISM, the world's leading trade fair for sweets and snacks, will expand its portfolio with an innovative new format: ISM Ingredients. This fresh segment will replace the existing ingredients section of ProSweets Cologne, establishing a standalone platform dedicated to raw materials, ingredients, and semi-finished products.

Its integration into Hall 10.1, under the strong ISM brand umbrella, provides the perfect conditions to maximise synergies between suppliers and producers.

At the same time, ProSweets Cologne will continue to exist as an independent trade fair and will focus on machinery, systems, packaging solutions and food safety in future.

New Product Showcase

From the second day of the fair, the winners of the New Product Showcase Awards were exhibited in the special area.

ISM Award

Ulrich Zuenelli, managing partner of Loacker, won the ISM Award 2025. He received the honour for outstanding services to the international sweets and snack industry.
