Build-up and dismatling periods of ISM

Please note:

*Access to the exhibition grounds is only possible with booked time slot (eSlot)!

Vehicles without booked eSlot will not be admitted and have to register for an on-site check-in at the logistics center at P22.

We have summarized the set-up and dismantling times for you clearly in a table.

Build up period

Start of build up period: Thursday, 30 January 2025

8:00 a.m.

End of build up period: Saturday, 1 February 2025

8:00 p.m.

Build up should be completed by 8:00 p.m. on 1 February 2025

Dismantling period

Start of dismantling period: 05.02.2025 - 06.02.2025

from 4:00 p.m. consistently to till midnight

07.02.2025

7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

From 06.02.2025, midnight till 07.02.2025, 6:00 a.m. dismantling is not possible!
