Apple filling for special application in puff pastry. With 30% of fruit content, suitable for Halal and Vegan consumers. The product is ready for consumption through direct use in pastry and bakery as filling. Bakestable; the filling doesn't spread in the oven.
Other flavors available such as all the fruit flavors, vegetable flavors and other different flavors such as coffe filling, matcha tea filling, wine filling or mint filling.
Possibilities also for adaptation for other doughs, process and preservations: injection in muffins, scones or croissants (before or after the oven), for chocolates with low activity water, for using with spatula in sponge cakes or for cookies.
All the fillings are bakestable and freezable if needed.
