Ambra is an excellent product capable of satisfying the demands of a young target, particularly attentive to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, obtained after months and months of laboratory tests. On a technical level, the most complex challenge was to balance coconut, date and almond with the cocoa mass to obtain a consistency similar to other truffles and the right harmony on a flavor level.
