The cookies are handmade in our workshop near Nantes, France. They are made with 22% Fair Trade ingredients, including sugar and coconut oil. The recipe contains no additives, eggs, gluten, soya or palm oil. It's made with hazelnuts from Italy and Turkey, oat flour, rice flour, Fairtrade cane sugar, a touch of Fairtrade coconut oil and a pinch of salt. For even more deliciousness, the hazelnuts are roasted.
The Hazelnut cookie was awarded Best Organic Product of the Year 2025.
This distinction, won less than a month after the launch of our cookie, is a great accolade for our brand and our teams, especially as it comes from consumers. Packaged in displays, the cookies can be sold in the gluten-free section, the snack section, the vegan section, at the checkout or in restaurants. The individual cookie is available in 3 flavours.
