A century of tradition and indulgence: Weiss, one of Germany's oldest gingerbread manufacturers, is proudly celebrating its 100th anniversary!

 

Founded in 1925, Weiss has built up an outstanding reputation for the production of gingerbread specialties over the decades and is now the market leader in seasonal products.

With great attention to detail and the use of high-quality ingredients, the company has delighted generations of gingerbread lovers. To mark the anniversary, an exclusive anniversary edition is now being presented that honors the company's tradition and craftsmanship in a special design.

The anniversary edition comprises four exquisite products with a unique anniversary design. Each product reflects the history and values of the company while offering a modern, appealing appearance. The edition includes:

Filled gingerbread hearts - Delicately spiced, soft heart-shaped gingerbread filled with a strawberry and vanilla fruit filling and covered in white chocolate or with a raspberry fruit filling covered in dark chocolate

Tiny House - Lovingly designed little house made of cardboard filled with the gingerbread classics in the shapes heart, star and pretzel covered in fine dark chocolate

Anniversary tin - Decorative tinplate tin in anniversary design, filled with fine original Nuremberg wafer gingerbread glazed or covered with dark chocolate, individually wrapped.

The anniversary edition will be available in a limited edition in food retailers from fall 2025.
